SMS / Texting Terms

Part A — MyMia's own texting (website demo / strategy-call program)

A.1 Verbatim consent language for the website demo / strategy-call form

By submitting this form and providing your phone number, you agree that MyMiaAI may call and text you at that number — including by automated means and with AI-generated or prerecorded voice — about your request, scheduling your strategy call, and the MyMia service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

A.2 Program terms (published)

A.2.1 Program. MyMia strategy-call and service messaging: reminders, confirmations, scheduling, and follow-ups about your request or account, sent from MyMiaAI's numbers, including (833) 772-5444.

A.2.2 Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions (typically a small number of messages per request or account event).

A.2.3 Cost. We do not charge for texts, but message and data rates imposed by your carrier may apply.

A.2.4 Opt out / help. Reply STOP to any text to opt out — you will receive one confirmation and no further marketing or follow-up texts from that program. Reply HELP for help, or call (833) 772-5444.

A.2.5 Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and coverage.

A.2.6 Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may request a strategy call or buy the Service without agreeing to receive marketing texts; where a form combines service messages and marketing consent, declining marketing consent does not affect your service.

A.2.7 Eligibility. You must be the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide and be 18 or older. Providing a number that is not yours is a violation of the Terms of Service.

Part B — Product messaging terms (what customers accept for texts Mia sends for them)

B.1 Mia texts only on your instructions and only your people. Mia sends text messages solely on your behalf, to your customers and contacts, for your business's legitimate communications (confirmations, reminders, scheduling, job updates, invoices, and follow-ups you configure).

B.2 Your consent duty. Before Mia texts any person for you, you must have a lawful basis to text them — their consent where the law requires it (including TCPA consent for automated/marketing texts), an existing business relationship covering service messages, or their direct request. You may not upload or use purchased, rented, or scraped lists for automated texting, and you are responsible for the lawfulness of every list and instruction you provide.

B.3 Opt-outs and help are automatic and non-negotiable. Mia honors STOP (and equivalent opt-out language) immediately and permanently for your program, answers HELP, identifies your business in messages, and sends within lawful hours for marketing messages. These safeguards are built in and cannot be configured away.

B.4 Records. We keep consent, opt-out, and message records for your program, available to you, and you will keep your own consent records for contacts you supply.

B.5 Caller/customer texts to you. When your customers text your Mia-answered number, Mia may reply conversationally to serve their request; those replies are service communications, not marketing.

B.6 Suspension. We may pause or suspend texting for a program that generates complaints, opt-out spikes, carrier filtering, or legal risk, on notice where practicable, to protect deliverability and compliance for all customers (see Terms §15.2 and the Acceptable Use Policy).

B.7 No guarantee of delivery. Carrier filtering and handset settings can block or delay texts; we are not liable for a carrier's filtering decisions (see Terms §13).
